You can now play Killer Sudoku on your PC with Desktop Sudoku! How to play Killer Sudoku Like Sudoku, you must fill in all the squares, so that all rows, columns and 3x3 boxes have all the numbers from 1 to 9 in them. However, all of the numbers you enter into the dotted "cages" must also sum up to the number associated with the "cages" (in the top-left corner).
